Priscilla is known for providing a fun, light heated and nurturing environment for students. Utilizing a non-judgmental, patient and compassionate teaching style.
She enjoys encouraging students to find trust, let go of fear, and break barriers. Empowering students to work up to poses on the mat or using a hammock to move mindfully into poses that one would not think possible.
Yoga has been a helpful tool that Priscilla enjoys sharing with the world. She hopes to help individuals learn how to find self-love, compassion and kindness so they can utilize these tools within their own daily lives and share with others. Helping guide students to look within oneself. Reconnect the body and mind through breath, Asana (poses) and meditation. It's never too late to start the journey towards healing.
AntiGravity® called to Priscilla in 2015. The perfect fusion of fun, cirque, kinesthetic awareness, gyro-kinetic movement. Working through her own aches and pains, Priscilla Discovered that it is never too late to gain strength, flexibility and to find happiness.
AntiGravity® Fitness is taught at good Karma Center for joy 7 days a week. There are a variety of classes for all levels and all individuals. Experience is not necessary. Hammocks are able to hold 1000+ lbs. Strong enough for a baby elephant, strong enough for you!
Safety and injury prevention are top priority. Availing herself to continuous training and education.
