Maggie Allyn Cole is both a 200-RYT certified yoga instructor and certified teacher of students with special needs. She has over 10 years of experience in practicing and sharing yoga and is truly committed to inspiring people to reach their full potential physically, mentally, and spiritually. She has a gift for building community and helping students build a strong yoga foundation rooted in honoring their bodies and finding liberation through acceptance.
Lindsey Allyn Francis is also a 200-RYT certified yoga instructor. She has spent 13 years exploring the power of yoga to help in recovery from mental illness, addiction, and sports injuries. More than anything, she is a healer, and her passion for yoga as medicine shines through in every class.
Together they are RAW, Rebel Aligned Wellness, dedicated to guiding people from all walks life through the liberating practice of all 8 limbs of yoga and everyday acts of self-love.
